This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Athens City Center is a modern, move-in ready home. The apartment has beautiful marble and mosaic flooring, as well as beautiful wall tiling. The main room is the exterior bedroom that opens up onto a balcony, keeping it bright and fresh. There is a spacious bathroom and a compact kitchen with large cupboards.
On Kallirrois, the apartment is in central Athens surrounded by nature and entertainment. You are about a 5-minute walk to the Philopappu Hill, which is a lush park with an altitude of 145 meters. You also have plenty of basic amenities nearby, including a cinema for some weekend fun. Students or professionals are also just a 15-minute walk to the Panteion University campus.
