This cozy 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Filolaou is on the 1st floor. The living room is relaxing. It has a sofa with a chaise and a glass door to a lovely little terrace. The double bedroom also has a door to another small terrace. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is in a separate room. It has a dining table. And the bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
There are few better places to live than Athens City Center. Your street is off the beaten track, so it's a little quieter than the rest of this busy neighborhood. You’re close to shops and supermarkets, and the Old Markiza live music venue is minutes away. You can walk to many tourist sites within a half hour, and the Panathenaic Stadium is just 15 minutes away.
