This terrific studio apartment for rent on Kesarias is on the 5th floor, but there is an elevator. It’s a bright and cozy, modern space with two balconies. The front door opens directly into the living and relaxation area. It has a double bed, sitting area, TV, and a small desk. This room’s balcony faces the quiet interior courtyard. The modern bathroom, which has a shower stall, is between this space and the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is roomy. It has a table with chairs and access to a larger furnished balcony that faces the street. This is also where you will find the washing machine.
Similar to any downtown core, Athens City Center is a hub for tourists. There are a number of museums and squares in this part of town, and plenty of restaurants and shops, as well. Your new home is located within walking distance of at least four hospitals, as well as the medical school. Doctors Without Borders has an office here, too. Also, the Alba Graduate Business School is a few minutes away. There is plenty to entertain you here. When you have time, check out the programs at the nearby Athens Concert Hall and Porta Theater.

- The balconies are great — especially the larger one, which has a view and is furnished.
- There is a washing machine on the larger balcony.
- The kitchen and bathroom are modern.
- You’re living in the heart of Athens, which is a great spot to be.
