This cozy 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the heart of El Raval neighborhood. With an area of 33 m² , you have a bright and open space with a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the living room has colorful paintings and decor, both complemented by the light coming in from the 2 balcony doors. There is a separate laundry room and a full bathroom.
The apartment is in a great location in El Raval. You have the Sant Antoni metro station and the Mercat de San Antoni just 5 minutes away. For the days you may not feel like cooking, you have plenty of restaurants ranging from Burger King to Japanese food.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has 2 balconies which allow for it to receive plenty of natural light.
- The living room is a cozy and colorful, and the best part, it has a TV!
- There is a closet with both a washing machine and dryer.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and storage space.
- You are 10 minutes from Las Ramblas and 5 minutes from the Sant Antoni metro station.
