The property has a spacious, comfortable living room, and a large kitchen that has everything needed for cooking and preparing meals.
The apartment is located on Carrer de les Floristes de la Rambla, just next to the famous Boqueria market, where you can purchase a large selection of delicious goods. Situated in El Raval, the apartment is in the very heart of Barcelona, within walking distance of points of interest including Las Ramblas and the beach. The property is also perfect for students, as Barcelona University is about 10 minutes away.
