This 65 m², 1-bedroom apartment with balcony in El Raval includes a spacious living room, an ample bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of storage space in the living area and kitchen, and the bathroom is very large.

This neighbourhood is home to the Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona, the Filmoteca, and the Centre de la Cultura Contemporania. Extremely central in Barcelona, you can easily walk to Las Ramblas, the sea, and the University of Barcelona.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony bathes the living room in natural light.
  • There is a small window in the bedroom to the interior patio.
  • The kitchen is very modern, with a brand-new extractor and ceramic stove.
  • The dining room has a beautiful glass table with 4 chairs.
  • There is a very large shelves unit in the living area for extra storage.
  • El Raval is a really vibrant and central area, right in the heart of Barcelona.

Things to keep in mind
