There is a modern 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the vibrant neighborhood of Eixample Esquerra. With an area of 50 m², the biggest room is the open-concept kitchen and living room. There is an elegant dining table, breakfast bar, and sitting area, which create the perfect space to entertain. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and is next to the large bathroom.
Eixample Esquerra is home to the University of Barcelona, making it a popular neighborhood with students. This youthful spirit is also complemented by the LGBT-friendly atmosphere. On Rambla de Catalunya, the apartment is in an ideal location, surrounded by public transportation, shops, restaurants, and bars.
