This 50 m², partially furnished apartment is perfect for an individual or couples looking for a new and modern property. The apartment has high ceilings, light wooden floorboards, and a clean and white decor. A new property, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with brand new appliances and fixtures. The living room, which opens up onto a balcony, provides a bright and fresh common area.
Located on Carrer de Guifré, the apartment is in a central location in El Raval. You have the Sant Antoni metro nearby, which is 1 stop away from the Universitat de Barcelona. Less than 5 minutes away you can also find the famous Mercado de La Boqueria and plenty of shops.
What we liked the most
- We love the modern design, which allows for a bright and fresh home.
- There are brand new appliances!
- You will be kept cool and warm with the AC/heating unit.
- The en-suite bathroom is spacious and has an area for the washing machine.
- Las Ramblas is just a 5-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room and bedroom will soon be furnished with a bed and sofa.
- You will have to contact a service provider directly to have Wi-Fi installed.
- There is no bed in the photos or videos, but the landlord can provide a double bed if the tenant requests it.
