The 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment is fully equipped with contemprary fittings, and is set up with everything you'll need to feel right at home as soon as you move in. It's bright, it's sleek, and it has a lovely balcony overlooking a tree-lined avenue. What more could you want...?

...Well, how about a great location, too? You're well connected here - Plaça de Catalunya is just 2 stops away on the Metro. The surrounding streets are full of shopping and restaurants. There's a Veritas supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. And there's plenty of beautiful achitecture around, including the Gaudi-designed Casa Milà.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment was brand new at the time of our visit. Everything is spotless!
  • All the mod-cons are included – AC, a flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.
  • Work or study in the centre of the city? You can walk to Universitat de Barcelona in about 20 minutes, and Drassanes station, in the commercial district by the harbour, is just 4 stops away on the Metro.
