This gorgeous 60 m ² 1-bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, is available to rent on Gran via de les Corts Catalanes. The living room is large, bright and very stylish with beautiful wood floors and elegant furniture. The Living room also has a dining area and 2 balconies which let in tons of natural light and provide a spectacular view of the street outside. The bedroom is very cosy and the property is very modern and recently renovated throughout.
The location is excellent, living here you will be right in the center of Barcelona and within walking distance of some of the city's most famous and fascinating sights. Just outside are vibrant streets with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. With a metro station nearby you can easily connect with the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- We absolutely love the view from the balconies in the living room, overlooking the Coliseum.
- The stylish red interior of the kitchen. It provides great contrast to the otherwise white property.
- The property has A/C, a real luxury in hot summers.
- The property is in a very central location and many famous landmarks, such as the Coliseum, La Rambla and Plaça de Catalunya.
