The 60 m² apartment receives plenty of natural light and a unique layout, which maximizes the space provided making it feel big and bright. The living room comes with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and an extendable dining table. There is a furnished bedroom and next to it a room with a desk and wardrobe.

Sant Gervasi sits at the foot of Barcelona's mountain range providing a tranquil and charming neighborhood. You are well-connected to the city center by public transport but with cinemas, art galleries, restaurants, and views of a beautiful landscape, you may not want to venture far.
