Everything in the apartment looks brand new from the stylish and equipped kitchen to the spacious bathroom. The kitchen and living room's open layout creates a big and cozy space – perfect for entertaining. There are 2 patios that are decorated with plants and have small tables making you feel as if you are living in a house rather than an apartment.
The apartment is located in the heart of all the action. You are surrounded by all your basic amenities such as a Mercadona grocery store, banks, and even phone stores. Less than 1 minute away you also have Rambla del Poblenou, ideal for a lovely walk or for some dinner and drinks. Beach lovers are also in luck, with several beaches a short walk away – perfect for a daily dip in the Mediterranean.
