Located on a corner building on the famous Las Ramblas, this 47 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent provides a sun-filled home with great city views. Both the living room and bedrooms open up to small balconies overlooking the street below, allowing you to people watch and breathe in Barcelona's vibrant atmosphere. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room, with a fully equipped kitchen corner and dining and sitting area. The living room has a corner wall covered in windows providing a great view of the bustling avenue.
You don't get much more central than this! The apartment is located at the start of the world-famous Las Ramblas – a pedestrian-friendly boulevard lined with shops, terrace bars, and street performers. To live here means there will always be something to do and just stepping outside your door could be a new adventure. Although you have amazing sights and great day-to-day amenities within walking distance, you are also well-connected by trains and metro with the Catalunya station just 1 minute away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is in a historic building, but completely renovated.
- The windows are double glazed blocking out the street noise.
- There is AC to keep yo cool on those hot summer days.
- You are a few minutes away from the famous La Boqueria market – buy fresh products and immerse yourself in the smells and flavors of Barcelona.
