This 1-bedroom apartment on Avenida del Bogatell, Poblenou, is 49 m² and comes equipped with AC. The beautifully presented property has a modern bathroom, a bright living area, and a kitchen with all the essentials to prepare your meals.

This area will make a great base to explore the city, home to beautiful beaches, Ciutadella Park and numerous bars and restaurants. You will find a shopping centre nearby, and other amenities are also within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is nicely decorated and inviting.
  • The bathroom has a bathtub, sink and storage.
  • There is a laundry room with a washer-dryer.
  • Xavi the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
  • You can walk to a popular sandy beach in just a few minutes.
  • The apartment was home to olympic athletes during the Barcelona olympic games in 1992.
