This incredible 3-bedroom penthouse to rent on Passeig de Calvell is located on the 1st line of the Bogatell Beach, and has some spectacular, 360-degree views!
Open the double-glazed sliding windows on the terrace to let the sea breeze in while you enjoy breakfast, do some work, sunbathe, marvel at the amazing sunset, or have dinner-- there are plenty of comfy chairs, armchairs, and a table for you to relax on. And, with an extra bed out on the terrace, you'll never feel far from the sea.
The penthouse is well-distributed and has 2 bedrooms overlooking the beach, a dining room with a lounge to the beach, a fully-equipped, independent kitchen with stunning views of the city, You also have access to 2 shared rooftops. AC is installed, and the apartment has all the crockery, appliances, and bed linens that you might need.

If you like the sun, the sand and the beach, you’re going to love Via Olimpica. Your apartment is only a 2-minute walk to Playa Marbella and to a slew of beachside cafés and restaurants serving fish and seafood straight from the Balearic Sea. Eating, surfing and suntanning aren’t the only activities in this sporty neighborhood, though. There is a skate park nearby and Pavelló de la Mar Bella hosts a number of sporting events. The property is also just a 2-minute walk from the market and from Bogatel beach.

- You'll be left in awe at the spectacular, 360-degree views from the apartment. Wow!
- The terrace is large, fully furnished, and even has a bed-- the perfect spot to prepare your swimsuit and towels for a day at the beach, or to relax over a delicious dinner.
- The local market is only 2 minutes from the property.
- Did we mention those incredible views and the proximity to the beach? Whoever gets to call this place home is super lucky!
