The property is equipped with AC, heating, and has a stunning living area, where you can relax on the cozy couch after a long day exploring the city or hanging out on the Barceloneta. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven and microwave.

Both bedrooms are modern, and each is well-furnished with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizeable shower and lovely tiling.

The apartment is located close to lovely Parque de Joan Miró park, Plaça d'Espanya, shops, and restaurants. The area is also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.
