This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Passeig del Born is in an old building and there is no elevator—but this shouldn't be a problem, as it’s only on the second floor. The front door opens into an open plan space including the kitchen, dining room, and living room, and there is a bathroom immediately to the right. The living room sofa can transform into a bed, and there is a long high top dining table with four seats. The kitchen is fully equipped but small and simple, with a fridge and a hot plate. There are lovely wooden ceiling beams, and both bedrooms are spacious with double beds. One of them has a window and the other a French balcony overlooking the street.
One of the things you’ll love about this apartment is the location. It's pretty much right in the heart of El Born. There are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars all around you, and there's a lively and eclectic community as well. Since you’ll be close to the railway station, several museums, and popular sights, you’ll spot plenty of tourists here. However, you can easily escape to Ciutadella Park, which is just a 5-minute walk away. There are a few small, convenient stores close by, but the Santa Caterina Market is only 7 minutes away, and this is definitely the go-to place for your grocery shopping needs.
