This modern 1-bedroom apartment in the Barceloneta is available for rent. The apartment has a stylish and sunny living room, where you can relax on the cozy couch, or step outside onto the lovely balcony for some fresh air on a warm day. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven and a dishwasher.
The bedroom has lots of natural light, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed, balcony access, and plenty of storage space for all your things. But, the undoubted highlight of the apartment is a spectacular sea view over the coast of Spain and a vast terrace to enjoy the view!
Inside the property, the decor is modern and fresh. The living room has a flat screen TV, standalone wardrobe, sofas and coffee table. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, shelving, desk and chair, and a door to the 60m2 private terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a large bathtub and shower.

- Check out that sea view from the living room balcony-- it's incredible.
- Did we mention this place is right across the street from the beach?
- ...the beach is literally in front of your apartment!
- The property has been recently renovated and has a stylish blue theme throughout. Gorgeous.
- Some of Barcelona's most central, exciting areas are just a short walk from the apartment.
