This 3-bedroom apartment available to rent next to Plaça Espanya in the Sants district offers a modern home that can sleep up to 6 people. The apartment itself is quite spacious with a two-room living room, but its best feature is the huge terrace tucked between residential and industrial buildings. The living room has AC units, a couch, and large television, and the black-and-white kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is 1 bathroom to share also spacious and with a modern decor.
On Carrer del Príncep Jordi, this luxury apartment provides a spacious home in a convenient location. If you travel for work or for leisure you have the Sants train station just 10 minutes away, as well as several commuter train connections. Although you have a large outdoor area, you can head over to nearby Parc de Joan Miró to add a little green to your day. The surrounding area is also full of shops and restaurants for you to discover.
What we liked the most
- To have such a large outdoor space is a true luxury in a big city!
- The second living room, flooded with natural light, makes for the perfect place to sit back and relax.
- Both living room spaces and bedroom 1 have AC units.
- You have the Arenas shopping center close by for all you shopping needs.
- Just minutes from the Plaça Espnya station you are very well-connected to the rest of Barcelona.

- Bedroom 3 doesn't have a wardrobe, but it has a rack where you can hang your clothes.
