Located in the upscale La Dreta de l'Eixample is this stunning 3-bedroom apartment available to rent. The 120 m ² apartment has a vintage-style decor with brick tiling, industrial lamps, and porcelain sinks. In addition to the carefully chosen pieces, there is a spacious terrace furnished with an outdoor table for 6, a hammock, and a vertical garden. The spacious U-shaped kitchen is a chef's dream with a sleek black-and-white design and plenty of cabinet and cooking space. If you love to entertain, you will also love the cozy living room and elegant dining room attached.
On Carrer del Bruc, the interior apartment provides a cozy and tranquil atmosphere in a central location. Right outside your door you have banks, restaurants, and other basic amenities. But you are also minutes from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes where you can find shops such as Mango, Zara, and H&M.
What we liked the most
- The apartment looks brand new and has very stylish decor.
- We love the big kitchen and spacious terrace.
- Bedroom 3's bathroom has an elegant soaker tub, perfect after a long day of work.
- You are surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants.

- Wi-Fi is not installed but you will have access to the building's Wi-Fi connection.
- This is an interior apartment that does not receive a lot of natural light.
