This luminous 2-bedroom apartment on Via Laietana, in El Born, is well equipped and beautifully decorated throughout. The 80 m² property has a a huge open plan kitchen and living area with a television, sofa, and dining table. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.

This charming and central historical area will make a great base to explore the city, home to the Santa Caterina Market, the Barcelona Cathedral, and numerous bars and restaurants. Ciutadella Park is also located nearby, and you can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has central heating and AC to ensure year-round comfort.
  • The master bedroom has an ensuite and plenty of storage space.
  • The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
  • Irene the homechecker told us that she really loved this property.
  • The Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, Picasso Museum, the Boqueria Market, and many of the city's most well-know attractions are located nearby.
  • You can walk to La Rambla and Plaza Catalunya in 10 minutes.
