This modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 63 m² footprint on Carrer d'Ausiàs Marc in Poblenou. Both bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe, while the large living area has a sofa. The kitchen is similarly well-equipped with everything you need to cook, as well as a double sink.

There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of this apartment, including the Plaça de Braus de la Monumental and the Arco de Triundo de Barcelona. The Mercat Fira de Bellcaire Els Encants as well as several other stores and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.
