This brand new 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Pontevedra, in La Barceloneta, has a luminous open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table for 4 and a sofa. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers plenty of storage space for your personal items.
The apartment boasts an excellent location, just 2 minutes from the beach, and surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful Ciutadella Park is also located within walking distance, and the Metro stops 10 minutes away to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- You will live just steps from the beach!
- The apartment has stylish feature tiled floors.
- The charming living area will make a fantastic space to relax at the end of the day.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook, including an oven and microwave.
- The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, and a large mirror.
- Clothilde the homecheker told us that she really loved this property.
- The Mercat de la Barceloneta is just down the road, making it easy to stock up on fresh produce.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
- There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, but it is otherwise well equipped.
