The property is stylishly decorated and modern, and has 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, and a gorgeous open plan kitchen and living area that provides a fantastic space to relax at the end of the day.

Les Planes is part of the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona, and is located about a 30-minute drive from the city centre or 50 minutes away using public transport. This area is ideal for those who enjoy being close to nature and the outdoors.

What we liked the most

  • This luxurious house receives plenty of natural light and is surrounded by greenery.
  • There is a study with a desk and chair, ideal to use as a home office.
  • The kitchen island provides plenty of space to prepare your meals.
  • The living area has excellent indoor-outdoor flow, with glass doors opening out onto a large terrace.
