Located in La Dreta de l’Eixample, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment available to rent is in a central location but provides a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The 90 m² property faces an interior patio but still receives a lot of natural light and has the benefit of now street noise. The cozy bedrooms are fully furnished, 1 of which is en-suite. There is a spacious and well-decorated living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. There is also a large terrace, which is the perfect place to relax and get some fresh air.
On Carrer de Provença, the apartment is in a privileged location. Not only are you in Barcelona City Center, but you are just a few minutes away from the world-famous Sagrada Familía Basilica. As soon as you step outside your door, you have more than 5 bar and restaurants to choose. But when you've checked all those off you list, there are plenty more to try.

- A large terrace in the city is a true luxury!
- You have central AC to keep you cool.
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- You are surrounded by shops and restaurants.
