This incredible 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in charming Gràcia is 120 m² with a large living room and dining room and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en-suite and one of the bedrooms is located in the basement.
The living area has a cozy L-shaped couch, a large dining table, and opens up onto a beautiful patio, where you can spend warm summer nights hosting fun garden parties. The kitchen is a crisp white with a corner bench ideal for having breakfast.
On Carrer de Suïssa, you are within 10 minutes of 2 Metro stops and surrounded by several bus stops connecting you to the rest of the city. You also have all you basic amenities nearby including a post office, coffee shop, and grocery store. If you enjoy spending time in nature, you can head over to nearby Parc del Turó del Putxet.
