This sophisticated 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Buenaventura Muñoz in the Poeblenou district features lovely natural textures contrasted against an industrial brick vault ceiling. The 75m² space offers a kitchen with modern appliances, cozy living room, and a beautifully tiled bathroom.
Residing in the famous district of Peblenou, this apartment is a 12-minute walk from the Picasso museum, just a 3-minute walk to Ciutadella Park and a mere 6 minute walk to the Arc de Triomf. With bars, restaurants, supermarkets and learning academies all close by, this location is hard to beat.
What we liked the most
- The shower is spacious, and having a seperate toilet is really handy.
- The separate dining area will make cooking a lot more comfortable
- The stools hidden beneath the kitchen bench is a really efficient use of the space.
- The apartment has several windows that let in natural light.
- The apartment enjoys a fantastic central location, close to some of the best Barcelona has to offer.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't a window in the second bedroom.
