This spacious 3-bedroom apartment for rent on Carrer de les Basses de Sant Pere, El Born, is an open and bright apartment. The 70 m² property has a living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and three bedrooms (one double bed, and two with singles).
Located in the El Born area, this property is right in the heart of Barcelona. There's always something to do and see, and you never have to worry about being bored. With easy access to public transport, it's even easier to get around the city. Within easy walking distance, there is a wide range of shops and restaurants, and the nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need to cook, as well as a table and chairs.
- The living room has a sofa and television, the A/C unit, as well as access out to the balcony.
- The bathroom is very spacious and is equipped with a large shower, toilet and storage space, as well as the washing machine.
- The sofa in the living room can open out to a double bed so that if you ever have guests over they have somewhere to sleep.
- This property is right in the heart of Barcelona, surrounded by restaurants and shops.
