This modern 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer de la Freneria in Barri Gotic is fully furnished. This 100m² property has a modern equipped kitchen with a stylish hardwood counter and all the amenities you need. The private washing machine is tucked away in 1 of the 2 bathrooms, which has fresh white tiling and a standing glass shower. From the spacious living room, you have balcony access overlooking a historical cathedral.
In Barri Gotic, you will be in the heart of the historic center of Barcelona. On either side ofthe apartment are a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars. Jaume I Metro station is less than a minute's walk away from the apartment, or you can stay local and check out the various churches, cathedrals, museums, and historic parks withing walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just around the block.
What we liked the most
- You can comfortably watch the flat-screen TV from the huge L-shaped couch in the living room.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook, including an oven, microwave, stove, kettle, and a huge fridge with freezer space.
- There is plenty of built-in and standalone storage found throughout the apartment, particularly in the corridors and the bedrooms
- The location is convenient and central, and only 1-minute's walk away from the apartment.
- The balcony has a beautiful view of the famously narrow Barri Gotic streets as well as a beautiful, historic cathedral.
- The washer-dryer will make doing your laundry easy all year round.
