This 2-bedroom house on Carrer de la Palma de Sant Genís, in Vallcarca, is fully furnished and opens out onto a gorgeous private terrace. The spacious 70 m² property has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, cozy living area, and a modern bathroom. There is also central AC, which can be used as heating.

The house is located in a tranquil and beautiful part of Barcelona, only 6 minutes from the Metro. You will find a good selection of shops, restaurants and beautiful parks within a 15-minute walk, and the stunning Serra de Collserola Natural Park is located nearby, making this an ideal spot for nature lovers.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace is beautifully landscaped and comes with a range of furnishings so you can relax in the sun.
  • The house has been beautifully renovated and is stylishly furnished.
  • The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has good storage for your toiletries.
  • There is a dining area with a table for 6, so you can share a meal with friends.
  • The Universitat Ramon Llull is a 16-minute walk away.
  • The Funicular del Tibidabo cable car stops nearby, and it can take you up the hill for stunning panoramic views of Barcelona.
