This charming 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Gràcia is perfect for students. The apartment is not only in a convenient location but it has 3 balconies that keep it fresh and filled with natural light. There is wood flooring throughout and simple but practical decor. There is an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a couch and flat-screen TV. There is also a closet with plenty of storage space.

Gràcia is a charming district of Barcelona with pedestrian-friendly streets and a small town feel. The district is great for students just 20 minutes away from several university campuses. On Carrer de la Mare de Déu del Desemparats, you are near a lovely plaza which is the perfect place to have a drink with a friend, eat dinner, or just enjoy a sunny day.

  • You are surrounded by Metro and railway stations.
