The balcony is accessible from the spacious living area with a big TV and sofa. There are two shared bathrooms each with a shower, while every room has a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. There is also a 4th room which is currently a study.

This apartment is located in a central and well-connected area with trains and buses available in less than a 5-minute walk. You have parks, shopping malls, restaurants and cafes all within walking distance from this lovely property.
