This unique 400 m² loft apartment is for rent on Marià Aguiló in Poblenou. The chic kitchen is tucked in a corner and is well-equipped with a 2-burner stove and rangehood. There are also 2 sofa beds and a TV in the loft, as well as skylights and a large window to let in all that summer sun. You also have access to a workshop and large office space with 3 other bathrooms downstairs which makes this apartment perfect for professionals.

This fantastic apartment is only a 20-minute walk away from the waterfront, so you won't need to travel far to soak up the summer sun on the beach. You can take a quick detour on the way home via the Mercat del Poble Nou and grab some amazing food.

What we liked the most

  • There is a terrace that gets plenty of sun accessible from upstairs.
  • This apartment is close to public transport so you can easily get around Barcelona
  • There is a fully-equipped kitchen downstairs as well as a kitchen in the loft.
  • This apartment has heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
  • The whole apartment is stylishly decorated with an industrial feel so you'll feel right at home in Poblenou.
