This fantastic two bedroom duplex has two floors, featuring an open plan kitchen/living area and a bathroom on the ground floor, and the bedrooms and a toilet upstairs. Ideally located in the very centre of town on Ferran street, an important street in Barcelona featuring many quality bars, restaurants and shops. It also links the Ramblas to both Plaça Sant Jaume and Via Laietana. You will find everything you need within a walking distance form the apartment, however, a three minute walk will take you to station Liceu, providing you access to the Barcelona metro system. This will allow you to explore other corners of the city with ease.
What we liked the most
- This character apartment is equipped with a carefully selected range of top quality furniture and accessories. This home is free of clutter and every item adds value.
- The living area is intimate and cozy, and flows nicely into a well equipped kitchen.
- This apartment has balconies overlooking Ferran street both in the living area and the bedrooms.
- There is one fully equipped bathroom downstairs, and a toilet upstairs, so you won't have to go down the stairs to brush your teeth before going to bed.
- As you walk into the apartment you will encounter a large closet where you can store cleaning products or your empty suitcases.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a sofa in the living area which can also be used as a single bed.
- Bedroom 2 is equipped with a single bed with a roll out bed underneath.
- There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat located a short walk away from the apartment.
