This trendy three bedroom apartment with one bathroom is exterior and very sunny. It is very well presented throughout with nice parquet floors and equipped with stylish furniture. One of its nicest features is the large balcony where you can sunbathe or read a book using the sun lounge provided. This apartment offers one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a large living area and a separate kitchen. It is located on Prats de Mollo street, in the elegant neighborhood of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. This calm district is a bit quieter than other areas of Barcelona, making it a good option for families wanting to live in a secure residential area which is well-connected to the rest of the city via public transport.
What we liked the most
- This eclectic flat is decorated with purple coloured walls, which are brought to life even more by the huge amount of sunlight it receives.
- In the living area you will find plenty of space to comfortably fit all the family or roommates, with a large dining table with six chairs and a huge leather sofa situated in-front of a TV.
- There is also plenty of shelving space to add your personal touch to this home by displaying photos or books.
- The kitchen is large, fully equipped and offers good storage space.
- Bedroom number one is very sunny, and has direct access to the terrace.
Things to keep in mind
- The balcony faces an interior courtyard rather than the street. It receives plenty of sunshine, and it is quiet and more private.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are interior, but have windows overlooking an interior patio. Both have single beds with another roll out single bed underneath.
