This 50 sqm loft is sophisticated, elegant and sunny. You will love the ambience and feel of this exterior apartment, decorated using a mix of modern and rustic style furniture, which combined with the vast amount of sunlight filtering in through the large windows, lovely wooden floors and touches of bold colours, result in a very unique and welcoming style which will appeal to those looking for something a bit special. It is located on Calle Assaonadors, close to the Mercat del Born, a lively market where you can find arts, bars, bulk shops and restaurants, all within a bustling and friendly atmosphere.
What we liked the most
- Even though this loft has only one main room acting as the living area and bedroom, the bed is located behind a wall, separate from the living area, providing more privacy.
- We love the detail of the hammock in the living area, ideal for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine.
- There are three small balconies with really nice views over the gorgeous street, very typical of this neighborhood.
- There is a washing machine in the kitchen and you can take advantage of the sun and dry your washing in the balcony.
- With an air-conditioning unit providing both cold and hot air, you will be able you to keep the loft pleasant and cozy, regardless of the weather.
- There is a large dining table with six chairs, allowing you to invite friends over for a meal. Living in a stunning home like this, you will want to share it with your loved ones!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building which doesn't have an elevator.
- The kitchen is compact and it only has a small fridge. There is no conventional oven, but there is a mini oven which can be used to bake small dishes.
