This stunning 65 m ² studio is available to rent on Carrer de la Freneria. The apartment has an amazing rooftop terrace with plenty of seating space, the area gets a lot of sun but also has cooler shaded parts. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table and a cosy couch in the corner, allowing you to host small get togethers.

The location is excellent, living here you will be close to some of Barcelona's most popular sights and have everything you need right on your doorstep. The beach, La Rambla and an abundance of interesting museums are all within a short walk away and, when you want to reach other parts of town, there is a metro right on your doorstep. The streets outside have plenty of restaurants, bars and shops where you can buy your basic amenities.

What we liked the most

  • The terrace on the rooftop is truly amazing. Great views, tons of sun and cool furnishing.
  • The apartment has beautiful wooden beams in the rooftop throughout, adding a great rustic atmosphere to the studio.
  • There is a metro station right around the corner.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building that is not equipped with an elevator.
  • There is no washing machine or dryer in the property.
