El Born is one of Barcelona's most central, vibrant neighbourhoods which is filled with plenty to see and do. In terms of location, this property has the best of both worlds — it is within walking distance of everything the city has to offer and is only 20 minutes from Barceloneta beach. Tenants can walk 9 minutes to Arc de Triomf, 1 of the main train stations in the city.
