Spotahome is proud to present a one bedroom, one bathroom modern flat in the Barri Gòtic district of Barcelona. This exterior flat located on Carrer del Bisbe Caçador has stylish furnishings and an expansive terrace. The flat comes fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher and AC is available in most of the rooms. Within the historic centre of Barcelona, you will find a mix of old and new, with remnants of Roman settlements to modern shops and restaurants. The famous Barcelona Cathedral is located nearby, as well as the crypt of Saint Eulalia. There are many other lovely churches within walking distance, as well as museums and outdoor squares to relax and enjoy the scenery. The area has a lively nightlife, especially in Plaça Reial, where you can find plenty of bars and nightclubs.The total area of the flat is 90 m2.

What we liked the most

  • There is a 50 m2 terrace where tenants can hang out, study, or just relax
  • The modern apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit, a very much needed feature during the summer.
  • You will be able to enjoy a comfortable double bed and large bathroom.
  • The apartment has modern furnishings and has lots of storage.
  • You will be located very close to Barcelona city center.
  • The beach is just 20 minutes away!
  • Wi-Fi is already installed and activated in the flat!
