This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is a great find in the beautiful city of Barcelona. It is located on Carrer Proclamacio and is literally just moments away from the beach. This 44m2 spacious apartment comes fully equipped with every amenity one would need in order to have a comfortable stay while in the city. The bathroom is quite large and features a nice shower, washing machine, and great basin sink. The living room and kitchen are part of an open plan and lead into the balcony that allows for second floor views of the thriving neighborhood.
