This chic and totally unique 2 bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer del Carme, in the heart of downtown Barcelona. Beautifully updated, it includes striking features like wooden floors, wood beam ceilings, and original exposed brick walls. The open floor plan makes the most of the apartment's 78 sqm, beginning with a designer kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven. Large windows in the living area let in plenty of light and offer a view of Barcelona's famous Boqueria market. Floor to ceiling glass doors, perhaps the apartment's most striking feature, separate the living space from the main bedroom. Both bathrooms are newly renovated and additional amenities includes A/C and a washing machine.
What we liked the most
- The apartment's thoughtful design includes unique touches that mix old and new.
- Carrer del Carme is within walking distance of many of Barcelona's most famous sights, as well as the beach.
- The extra bedroom can be adapted to the tenant's needs and furnished with a bed or as an office.
- There is AC available, great for the hot summers of Spain.
