Located on Passeig de Calvell, this flat has so many wonderful things to offer, from the rooftop pool access, availability of air conditioning, as well as having a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Barcelona. The apartment is available for rent in its entirety and offers one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom offers twin beds, with two night stands and a built-in wardrobe that allows for plenty of storage for your belongings. This exterior flat has a a spacious living room that features a stylish red sofa, large floor to ceiling windows that provide natural lighting, and a flat screen television. The 54m2 flat also allows pets, perfect for tenants that have furry friends.

What we liked the most

  • There is access to a pool on the rooftop, a rare amenity in Barcelona.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, oven, stove-top and plenty of counter space for cooking!
