Are you looking to rent a large 2 bedroom, 70m2 apartment with a dishwasher in Barcelona's popular El Ravel neighbourhood? This property is situated on Carrer de Montserrat which is just a 3 minute walk from Las Ramblas. The apartment's main feature is its open plan living and dining room, which is exceptionally spacious and features a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is decorated with stylish, charcoal-coloured cabinets and is furnished with a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are sizeable and feature double beds and bedroom 2 has a small alcove in which tenants can relax. The apartment is well-connected to several transport links that lead to the city centre. For example, tenants can walk just 1 minute to reach Drassanes metro station.

What we liked the most

  • Each bedroom has its own A/C and heating system to keep tenants comfortable throughout the year.
  • The apartment is luminous thanks to the amount of windows that let in natural sunlight.
  • There are 2 bathrooms in the property, so there is effectively one bathroom per room!
  • The kitchen features plenty of worktop surfaces which are ideal for meal preparation.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator.
