This chic 2 bedroom apartment is available to rent in the central Villa de Gracia neighborhood of Barcelona. This young, hip area is full of shops, cafes, markets, and restaurants. Just outside your door you will find the Paza del Sol, a great place to enjoy a coffee or beer with friends. The 55 sqm apartment is recently renovated and very beautifully decorated. The main living space features an open floor plan, parquet floors, and an exposed brick wall. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and sleek, with a washing machine, electric stove, small appliances, and breakfast bar. There is a convenient separate laundry room with a washing machine.

What we liked the most

  • There is central heating and air conditioning, so you will be comfortable year round.
  • All utilities, WiFi, and bed linens are included in the rent.
  • We love the exposed brick, and other unique and chic touches, in this apartment.
  • La Villa de Gracia is within walking distance of many sites, and what cannot be reached on foot is easily accessible by metro.

Things to keep in mind
