The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including an oven, an electric stove, a large fridge, cutlery and cooking utensils, a microwave, and plenty of storage space. There is a laundry room next to the kitchen, which has a washing machine and some clotheslines in it. The bathroom is very modern and clean, and it has lots of storage space.

The Barri Gòtic is one of Barcelona's most historic neighborhoods. Residents of the Barri Gòtic enjoy delicious restaurants, unique shops, and chic cafes, as well as long walks down the ancient cobblestone streets. Barri Gòtic is well-connected by public transporation, and residents will have no problem reaching any part of Barcelona from here.
