This 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment for rent is a trendy and well-kept property in a great location near the beach! The apartment has 2 fully furnished bedrooms that share direct access to a large and fully renovated bathroom. The living room is the apartment's brightest space with a lot of windows and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and also comes with elegant black countertops, including the breakfast bar that provides space to eat and prepare meals.

The apartment is located in the charming neighborhood of Poblenou. Most of its charm comes from its residents who are very friendly and give you that small-town hospitality. This neighborhood has its own Ramblas street and you even have a Mercadona supermarket right across the street.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been very well-kept and has stylish furniture and decor.
  • Both bedrooms come with ceiling fans and you have a floor fan in the living room.
  • The living room has a big leather couch and a big blackboard where you can leave messages for your roommates.
  • The exterior rooms have very big windows which let in plenty of light and fresh air.
  • If you love living by the water, this is the perfect place for you – only a 30-minute walk to the beach!

Things to keep in mind

  • You can only enter the bathroom through the bedrooms, but it's a good reason to keep them clean!
