There is a 55 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent to postgraduates and professionals in the charming Barri Gòtic neighborhood. The apartment is in a plaza and with 2 balconies receives plenty of natural light. There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room that comes with an extendable dining table. The bedrooms are not next to each other allowing for extra privacy. There is 1 full bathroom.

The apartment is located in an ideal location in the historic neighborhood of Barri Gòtic. Right outside your door you have Roman ruins, Las Ramblas is just a short walk away, and you can jump on the metro to quickly reach the beach.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is spacious and opens up to balcony that keeps it bright.
  • Bedroom 2 has a private balcony.
  • The kitchen has a big and modern refrigerator and a double sink.
  • The apartment is in a busy square, but the balcony windows block out the noise.
  • You are just 3 minutes from the famous Las Ramblas avenue and 1 metro stop from the beach.
