This 65 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Sant Pau, in El Raval. Despite the age of the neighbourhood and building, the interior has been recently renovated, and has clean, modern decor and furnishings. There are balconies in each room, overlooking the street from the bedrooms, and the open space of the interior courtyard from the living room. The apartment is well equipped, with all the mod-cons, and has a separate toilet and bathroom.

From El Raval all of Barcelona is at your fingertips. Just moments from the famous La Rambla, where you can shop and dine to your hearts content along its 1.2 km of tree lined terrazas. A little further, and you're in the ancient area of Barri Gòtic, full of museums, shopping, plaças and many, many more places to dine. Stepping out of your door and getting lost in the maze of narrow streets is the way to experience this neighbourhood. You never know what you'll stumble upon.

What we liked the most

  • The bathroom is very stylish, and has a huge shower.
  • There are 3 balconies in the apartment, letting in lots of light.
  • Theatre lovers – the Gran Teatre del Liceu is just a few minute's walk away.
  • With a multitude of plaças and terrazas on the Ramblas, there's always somewhere to sit and enjoy a caña in the sun on a hot day.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator.
  • Parties and excessive noise are not accepted.
