Spotahome's opinion

This stylish and luminous 2-bedroom apartment has been fully renovated in 2017. It opens out onto a sunny terrace with automatic canopy and is equipped with AC. The 50 m² property has a living area with a television (49" with satellite channels), and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped with high-tech window blinds.

The first bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200) and wardrobes. The second bedroom has bunk beds and storage space and the third bedroom has a dressing room and also a lot of storage space!

What we liked the most

  • The living room is spacious and bright.
  • The bathroom is modern and offers good storage.
  • The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and also has a dishwasher (60cm).
  • The gorgeous terrace is equipped with a range of outdoor furniture. Every feature in the terrace is electric, there is even an outdoor shower with hot water!
  • There is also a safe as well as a storage room with a washing machine and dryer (new from 2017).

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no AC in bedroom 1, but you will find air conditioning units in bedroom 2 and the living area.
