This spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Clot is 78 m² and offers 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is nicely decorated throughout, and one of the bedrooms opens out onto a balcony with lovely street views.

The apartment has a convenient location close to Glòries and a 30 minute walk from the beach. This area is well connected by public transport to the rest of the city and you will find shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a library within a short walk.

What we liked the most

  • Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a double sofa bed.
  • The apartment is in a safe and quiet residential area.
  • There is a dining table with 4 chairs to enjoy your meals.
  • You will find a washing machine and a balcony with strings to dry your washing.
  • The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
  • The bathroom offers storage space for towels and toiletries.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 2 is accessed via bedroom 1.
  • There is a 3rd bedroom in the apartment but this is not available to tenants.
